He completed his studies in philosophy and psychology. He is the owner of a coffee shop in Munich.
He is the author of the book Kaffee das magische elixier (Bucher, 2008). He also works with companies linked to the coffee industry.
Thomas is the owner of a rich collection of coffee grinders, coffeepots/coffee makers and documents related to the history and culture of this “magical elixir”.
